The Jesus Youth Nagaland Reconstitution was held from 9th-11th February 2023 at St. Paul House Phesama under the theme, “In Him, For Him” Romans 11:36. 44 Participants were present for the Reconstitution. The Resource Person for the Programme are Fr. Vekupa George, Director NCYM and JY Chaplain where he spoke on the theme of our Reconstitution, Fr. Francis Cheerangal, Principal St. Xavier College Jalukie gave session on the need for Mission and Evangelization and Bro. Justin, JY National Coordinator shared on the topic Spiritualitas.
On the first day, the Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. Innocent Panmei SDB, Principal Christ King Hr. Sec School and on the second day, Fr. Peter Solo, Dean of Science, St. Joseph College Jakhama and Fr. Charles D Souza SJ, Principal of St. Paul School exposed the Blessed Sacrament and gave the Sacrament of Confession to all the participants.
In the evening, we were blessed to have the presence of Most. Rev. Dr. James Thoppil, Bishop of Kohima Diocese as the Main Celebrant and Concelebrant Fr. Alex Tep, Secretary to Bishop, Fr. Peter Solo, Dean of Science, St. Josephs College, Jakhama to celebrate the Holy Mass for us and blessed the newly elected members. We were also blessed to have the presence of Sr. Anita, Sr. Ashrita from SJC, Sr. Meriam Chothe Khiyang, Lady Coordinator NCYM and NCYM Executives. The final day, the Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. W.K Pradeep SJ, Vocation Promoter, Jesuits Training Center.
